I am proud to be a patient of Dr. Lawrence. He treats his patients with great care and respect. He involves me in the decision making on my care going forward and always takes the time to explain the thinking behind the treatment.
His clinical skills are exceptional and his confidence in my ability to get myself back on my feet after my diagnosis were key in giving me the willpower to move forward. We have achieved more than I could have hoped for, ie a symptom free normal life, which is amazing for a person with FSGS.
I receive great care from Dr Lawrence!

As a post transplant patient I have attended regular clinics and seen by Dr Chris Lawrence but also as an inpatient on Ward rounds. I have always found him to be kind and caring as a person with very great knowledge about renal function and problems. He is never too busy to listen to concerns and explains in great detail kidney function problems and how best to treat them. Dr Lawrence has performed two kidney biopsies on me, explaining thoroughly why the procedure was necessary and what exactly he would be doing in a very reassuring way. Thank you

Dr Lawrence possesses that combination of technical excellence and empathy that is, unfortunately, so rare in doctors. Engaging and human, he is also completely up-to-date in medical knowledge and involves you as a patient in the decision as to the best path for you medical care. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr Lawrence is a brilliant Doctor and very professional! It’s always great being able to be seen by him and always leave the hospital feeling reassured! Great at what he does but above all a great human being!
